Svalbard Global Seed Vault, on the island of Spitsbergen in the remote Arctic Svalbard archipelago. Prior to the apocalypse, the vault served a repository for the plant species of the world, preserving seeds for future propagation.
In 2074, the Zone Fighters were sent to Svalbard to investigate and retrieve radioactive signatures indicating the presence of Texmexium, in the vault's reactors.
During their mission, the Zone Fighters met Dr. Botanist and Acacia Fero, recruiting Acacia as a member of the team.
