SHIVA.Consortium
The SHIVA.Constortium is a multinational organization that first founded by Michiyuki Ashihara in 1978, two years prior to Ashihara's ascension to Overseer of Latitude Zero.

The SHIVA.Consortium is widely believed to have been founded in 1978 by Japanese scientist, Michiyuki Ashihara. Originally founded as a small company dabbling in experimental physics and high-performance electronics, it rapidly expanded within its first two years thanks to Ashihara's business dealings. During Ashihara's time as overseer of Latitude Zero, the SHIVA.Consortium would become entirely ingrained within the politics of Latitude Zero and would develop the vast majority of early technology used by G-Force, including: the Super Dimension Calculator, Archtype UPB, and the Oxygen Converter. Following Michiyuki Ashihara's retirement from Latitude Zero in 1998, control of the SHIVA.Consortium would be willed over to J.J. at Ashihara's behest. While the SHIVA.Consortium continued to work with Latitude Zero following Ashihara's departure, the organization would once again establish a foot hold in Kanai once Jet Jaguar became Overseer.
